We design and build the Notion workspace your team actually uses, then move you into it. CRM Build in Notion
A CRM your team will actually update, built inside the workspace where the rest of the work already lives. Most small teams don't need Salesforce. They need one place where contacts, deals, notes and next actions stay connected, and where nobody has to switch tools to log a call. We build that in Notion: linked databases for companies, contacts and opportunities, pipeline views that match how you actually sell, and rollups that surface deal value and last contact without anyone maintaining a summary by hand. We start from your existing pipeline, however messy. Spreadsheets, inboxes, a half-finished HubSpot trial. We map the stages you really use rather than the ones a template assumes, migrate your history, and set up the reporting views you'll look at weekly. If you outgrow it later, you leave with clean, structured data rather than a tangle. We'd rather build something right-sized than sell you a system you'll fight.📄
Process Documentation & Workflow Discovery
We write down how your business actually runs, so the knowledge stops living in one person's head. This is the right starting point when something is clearly broken but nobody can agree on where. We run working sessions with the people doing the job, not just the people managing it, and capture the current process end to end: the steps, the handoffs, the decision points, and the workarounds everyone has quietly invented. Everything lands in a shared Notion workspace as you go, structured rather than dumped. Process pages, role definitions, and the specific points where work stalls or gets duplicated. You finish with two things: a clear picture of how the work happens today, and a designed future state showing which parts should become databases, which should become checklists, and which should simply stop. Some clients take that blueprint and build it themselves. That's a fine outcome and we'll say so if it's the right call.📶
Automation & Integrations
We remove the manual steps that eat your week, using automation that holds up rather than breaking quietly. Typical work: connecting Notion to the tools you already run on, moving data between systems without copy and paste, generating documents from structured records, and setting up scheduled jobs that keep everything in sync. We also fix automations that were built in a hurry and have been failing silently since. We're deliberate about what to automate. A lot of what gets sold as automation is better solved with a rollup, a formula, or one fewer database. We'll tell you when that's the case, because the cheapest automation is the one you don't need to maintain. Where Notion alone can't do the job, we build the connecting piece properly. Toby's background is cloud infrastructure and systems engineering, so the integration work happens in-house rather than getting handed to a no-code tool and hoped for.👥
Team Training & Onboarding
A workspace nobody uses is worse than the spreadsheet it replaced. Training is how you avoid that. We run live sessions with your team, built around your actual workspace rather than generic Notion features. People learn the databases they'll use, the views they'll live in, and the handful of conventions that keep things from drifting into chaos after month two. We also train the person who will own the workspace once we're gone. That covers the parts most teams get wrong: permissions, template maintenance, what to do when someone asks for a new property, and how to say no to that request. Sessions are recorded and documented in your workspace, so new hires can onboard without booking anyone's time. Toby spent 16 years training engineering teams at Apple, often groups of 100 or more.
